Circle Lens Review - EOS G1 (Doll Series) Grey and Brown

Here is my review for the EOS G1 brown and grey lenses, also called Doll Series. I will be reviewing both colors together, since they were both generously sponsored by MukuChu. I think both colors are lovely, even though they are a bit dark.

Both colors of these lenses have a light outer color ring, a darker brown middle ring, and a large hole for the pupil. The outer edge has a ring of black "strokes" to break up the light color. I think the designs is quite unique, and gives a lovely "shattered crystal" effect to the eyes (especially the grey one).

Enlargement-wise, even though the bottle says they are 14.0mm, I think they look more like 14.2mm.

Here are some comparison pics with similar lenses I have on hand. First up are the EOS G-206 grey, which are 14.0mm. I think the G1 are definitely bigger. :)

Next are the Neo Cosmos Glamour Blue, which also has the brown ring in the middle.

Last are the EOS Adult Greens, which shares a similar "shattered crystal" design with the G1. These Adults are the old design by the way.

Now I will compare the G1 Brown with other brown lenses I have. The EOS Flower Brown are darker than the G1, but they are both quite natural looking while giving highlights to the eyes.

Next are the ever-popular EOS Max Pure Brown, which are obviously bigger than the G1.

Here are all the lenses together, first the ones compared to the G1 Greys (clockwise from top left: Glamor, Adult, G-206, G1 right side up, G1 upside down):
And the ones with G1 Brown (Flower, Max Pure, G1 right side up, G1 upside down):
By the way, check out how cool the pattern of the G1s are, they look like spiral galaxies! :D

FINAL VERDICT:
Design: 9/10 - They look pretty cool, eh? :D
Enlargement: 7/10 - Decent enlarging even though there is no dark outer ring
Comfort: 7/10 - They are a wee bit thick, but I got used to them after a while
TOTAL: 8/10 - I think these lenses are great for giving your eyes a shimmery highlighted look, but if you want intense colors they might be a bit dark

Thank you Mukuchu for the lenses, and thank YOU for 350+ followers!

Circle Lens Review - EOS E-201 (Twisted Star Series) Violet

This is my review for the EOS E-201 Violet circle lenses, also called the Twisted Star series, sponsored by Mukuchu. I am a big fan of lenses with unusual design, and these are just so unique and gorgeous. I was sent these lenses by Mukuchu (I did not choose them) and I just want to thank them so much :D
Here is the official photo for this lens from EOS's website. They look very intense and kind of scary.
And here are the actual lenses:
When I first saw them I thought they would look very ugly on my eyes since the design is so harsh-looking. However, when I put them on, the effect was amazing!

The lenses look like they are glowing. The starburst/spiderweb shape in the middle might be a bit weird to some people, but the color is so gorgeous! I am now kind of curious how the other colors look.

Since these lenses are 14.0mm, there is not much enlargement:

Purple is one of my favorite colors, so I am happy that I can add this pair of lenses to my collection. Here are the E-201 compared to my other lenses. First up are my EOS Adult Violet (which I still haven't written a proper review of -___-):

The Adult Violets looks flatter in comparison to the E-201, but the color is slightly more pink. They also seems to be a wee bit bigger.

Here are the E-201 compared to my G&G BT02 Violet (which are quite old and need to be replaced :p):

The BT02 are more blue-toned and has a darker outer ring, but I think they are both very pretty. :)

Here are pics of all the lenses I wore in this review. The middle-top is the E-201 right side up, and the middle-bottom are the lens upside down.

FINAL VERDICT:
Design: 9/10 - Very unique design, looks incredible when worn
Enlargement: 5/10 - Eh, they are 14.0mm so the small-ness is expected.
Comfort: 7/10 - For some reason they slide around a lot on me.
TOTAL: 7/10 - Pretty cool lenses if you are a weird-lens collector like me, but not for those who want a natural look.

Thank you Mukuchu for the lenses!
