I was a black cat for the Halloween party of my Grad Student Association! :3
This makeup took a bit more than an hour, and I think I put a bit too much effort into it because there are only 8 other people at the party wearing costumes. I did won 2nd place for the costume contest though!
Here is a rough step-by-step of what I did (I skipped some steps):

I covered my eyebrows with gluestick and concealer, and primed my eyelid area (upper and lower) with Urban Decay Primer Potion. I will post a longer review of this later, but so far I think it works pretty well!
I am wearing Dollyeye Brown circle lens by the way, which I reviewed
in this post.

I put on black eyeshadow along my upper lashline, ending in extreme wings on the outer corners. I forgot to take a pic before moving onto the next step, so the two sides look different. :p

I applied gunmetal eyeshadow onto my lids and blended it up and into the black, so that it "wings" out also.

Silver eyeshadow is applied all the way up to my browbone and blended into the gunmetal.

I lined the upper and lower lashline with black eyeliner pencil, ending in downwards-swooping points in the inner corner, and a slight flick at the outer corners. I also put white eyeliner below the black lower eyeline with a downward swoop.

The black eyeliner is defined so that the points are sharp using liquid eyeliner. I then curled and applied mascara to my upper lashes, and put on false lashes. (forgot to take pic for this)

Finally, I drew whiskers and "brows" with white eyeliner and black liquid eyeliner, and shaded my nose and lips with gunmetal eyeshadow.

I put my hair into victory rolls to imitate cat ears, and put the back into a ponytail as a tail.

The rest of the costume is very simple, just the thick ribbon, bell and all-black clothes. I also wore high-heeled boots when I was at the party.
Here are more closeups and camwhoring pics. I think the makeup turned out pretty well, even though the costume isn't that original. :)

Happy Halloween! :3
